Prusa XL Skeleton Dwarf Cover Base with Heatset Inserts

I remixed the skeletonised dwarf cover base to use standard Voron M3 heatset inserts. Note that the two inserts for the cable connector are inserted from the underside rather than the top.

I printed it in PCCF and it fit well. Thanks to Kevin248 for the skeletonised remix to work from!

With the other skeletonised toolhead parts (door, back, base) including heatset inserts the PCCF parts weighed 22.14gm vs. the original parts (including square nuts) at 39.42gm, and there is of course a lot more ventilation thanks to the new parts.
