Description
Required Hardware:
4pcs. M3x20
4pcs. M3 thin square nut (DIN562)
2pcs. M8 lock nuts
Thick silicone grease or Nyogel 767a / other damping grease
Doesn't require sanding if you print the parts in the default orientation. The two pieces just snap together and then you put them under the bearings, with the round part facing forwards.
Assemble the invidual pedals like this before putting them on the base, make sure it's really tight or there can be a small deadzone, not pictured, but replace these nuts with lock nuts:
