Tormach TTS holder rack, 4x4

A beefy 4x4 rack for Tormach TTS mill tool holders. The holes are on 2.0" centers, with margins set so that you can glue or bolt multiple racks together while maintaining uniform spacing.  This spacing will accommodate some good-sized tools such as a Haimer 3D gauge, Tormach SuperFly, slitting saws, etc.

This is the largest 2.0" spacing grid that will fit on the build plate of a Prusa MK3S. You could get a 4x5 grid by reducing the spacing to 1.8", but that gets very tight for face mills, slitting saws, the Haimer gauge, etc. so I recommend sticking with 2.0" or greater center spacing.

Notes:

Print time at 0.3 resolution is about 10 hours. There is very little infill so it won't affect the print time very much.
