Parametric Bar Mounting Clip - Quad Lock Compatible

This model is fully customisable for your bike - the example .stl file included fits on mine but you can tweak all the dimensions using OpenSCAD to suit your needs. A bit of experimentation may be needed to get the fit just right, but it's a pretty quick and easy print (about 6g / 25 mins).

Printing tips:

• Strongly recommend printing in a less brittle filament than PLA (PETG is a good option)
• The model should be printed in the orientation that the OpenSCAD file outputs
• Supports shouldn't be needed if the clip opening is large enough
• Layer height ≤0.16mm to ensure the locking pins have sufficent detail: at 0.20mm only one layer is printed which makes a slightly loose fit in the socket
