We have a new Upgrade for the Creality K1 Series! A HIGH PERFORMANCE AIRFLOW COVER for the Extruder (see in red in the pictures)

Elevate your Creality K1 series prints to a professional standard with this all-new extruder cooling upgrade. Its redesigned airflow channels deliver consistent, layer-by-layer cooling to minimize warping and achieve an impeccably smooth surface finish. Featuring a modular plug-and-play configuration, installation takes mere minutes—and instantly unlocks razor-sharp edges and ultra-fine detail. Perfect for anyone aiming to push their K1’s precision and stability to the limit.

The new version keeps the original aesthetic but incorporates a beefed-up, streamlined air channel that’s far easier to 3D-print. It also fixes the leakage issues of the multi-piece duct and dampens the unwanted vibrations those joints could cause.     
 

In addition, we have visually integrated the new Creality logo, which makes a real visual impact.

The Airflow Head Extruder is meticulously engineered for Creality K1, K1 Max, K1C, and K1 SE models, incorporating a sleek design for optimal airflow management to enhance extrusion efficiency and cooling.

You need a heat resistant filament like ABS, ASA or PETG. In our "Make" we used PRINCORE Nylon PA12 CF Carbon.
 

★ RECOMMEND PRINT-SETTINGS:

• Slicer Software: Creality Slicer, Orca Slicer, Creality Print
• Printer: K1, K1C, K1 Max (tested)
• Print example: see “Makes”
• Filament: Heat resistant Filaments like ABS, ASA or PETG
• Infill: 10% Gyroid or Grid
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Walls: 2
• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
• Support Structure: needed
• Brim: needed
