Wicked Vase Mode Sierpinski Pyramid Fractal | Level 5

This model represents a level five iteration of the Sierpinski Pyramid fractal. Instead of being made up of individual octahedra, it’s constructed from a unique shape with extra faces, creating a bold, wicked appearance. This version prints in vase mode with no supports needed.

For extra visual impact, try printing this model in dual or tri-color silk PLA. The print featured on this page was made with Sovol Tri-Color Silk PLA (blue, yellow, and fuchsia). From the top and bottom views, all three colors are visible together, while each side highlights a different mix of shifting colors across the geometry.

Here are the print settings for FDM printers -

Layer Height: 0.16mm Layers with a 0.2mm Base Layer
Vase Mode: Enable vase mode (Leave “smooth spiral” unchecked)
Slice Gap Closing Radius: 0.00 (You must set this value to zero. The model may not slice properly if you don't do this.)
Skirt: Enable a skirt for the first layer.
Bottom Layers: (Optional) Set the number of bottom layers to zero. (This is already activated in the 3MF.)
Infill: 0% (This is activated by default in Vase mode)
Supports: None
