Pokemon Cards Holder

A simple and efficient storage box for Pokémon cards, featuring a smooth sliding lid. The design is optimized for easy printing and practical use. Tolerances for the sliding mechanism are tuned for PLA printing with a 0.2 mm layer height, ensuring a good fit right off the printer.

The design is made for single-color printers, but the Pokémon logo can be printed separately and glued into the sliding lid with a drop of superglue. If you prefer, you can also print the model without the insert piece — in that case, the Pokémon logo will appear as a recessed detail in the lid.

The example shown in the pictures was printed in standard PLA with a 0.2 mm layer height, using a nozzle temperature of 215 °C and a bed temperature of 60 °C.

I am already working on a remix version for other trading cards — starting with a Star Wars cards holder.
