Bike Cup Holder Knob

This is a replacement knob for a bike drink holder.

Requires three "captive" M5 knuts (9.03mm outer width, 3.1mm height)

Pause the print to place the metric nuts in the print. Pause can be done manually or through the "@pause ; " command in gcode, on Repetier-Host.
