TPU Ear Socks for Titanium Oakley Wire Frame  “WINGBACK” Glasses.

https://www.oakley.com/en-us/product/W0OX5089

I had my stock Oakley Silicone version ear socks tear. Too thin. Decided to make my own design.

I measure the my Titanium Frame Oakley glasses. I put those measurements in my CAD software called Plasticity. I designed the final ear sock designed and booleaned out the Oakley Frame Arm. I then exported the part to PRUSA Slicer and printed my parts.

I used Sain Smart Blue TPU. Love the final product.

Print nozzle temp was 215 deg C.

Print bed temp was 55 deg C.

Just make sure your TPU is dry. I tried to print out of the box, and it sputtered and popped horribly.

Dried at 50 deg C for 12 hours. Works great once dried.
