Adapter Chitu Filapartner E1 to Polydryer Box

This adapter makes Polydryer boxes fit the base of the Chitu systems Filapartner E1. 

If you own polydryer Filament boxes you also can use them on the Chitu systems Filapartner E1 to dry filaments. Saves deskspace and some say the Chitu dryer is a bit better, because he has better ventilation and more options to dry filaments. (and you can place the polydryer a side your  printer to print with ongoing drying process.

This model consists of three parts:

• Top (fits the Polydryer box)
• Midpart with air ducts 
• Bottom Sits on the Chitu E1 base
   (two versions:
   a) for threaded heat set inserts
   b) without inserts, screws directly into the plastic 
   

All three parts are held together with countersunk 8 M3x16mm screws. You may use glue instead of screws and use the holes just to make best fit. 

The adapter is designed as flat as possible and  fits snugly to the Chitu E1 base. The polydryer box sits tightly and securely on the adapter and will not fall off too easy. 

To print this model PETG filament is recommended, I did not test PLA because I think it may be a bit too brittle. 

The model may be printed with standard settings:

0.4mm nozzle, 
0,20mm layer height, 
at least 2 perimeters  
20% infill 
no supports needed
