Description
A replacement grip for the Pilot Stick in Tecnam P2008 airplanes.
The original grip is made of foam and is neither very convenient nor robust. This model provides a much better, ergonomic and long lasting alternative.
Print both halves standing upright in PETG V0 with 100% infill for stability. Carefully sand the planes between the halves after setting the heat-set inserts for proper fit.
Required parts:
1x Left Half (printed)
1x Right Half (printed)
8x Washer 4.3×7.6 (printed)
8x M4×8×6 heat-set inserts (shorter versions work as well)
8x M4×12 ISO 7380 hex screws (stainless, M4×10 works as well).
