Neptune Xol carriage

Adaptation of the Xol carriage to use bottom belts instead of front belts. Still need to calculate the loss in Y and maybe Z (could also be gain depending on how the cables are managed). 

Prerquisites

X axis rail for Neptune 4 

If you have the max lenght rail from this mod you can use the standart double shear bracket or even stock endstop

BOM

• 8x M3x5Dx4L Heat insert 

• 2x M5x7Dx7L Heat insert

• 4x M3 Hex nut - 2x M3x6 BHCS

• 6x M3x8 SHCS - 2x M5x20 SHCS

• 2x M3x9Dx1L Large Washer  

Instructions  

Install 2 M5 heat inserts into the bottom of the carriage. 

Assembly instructions for the Normal xol Carriage: Ignore steps 4, 7-9

Install 4 M3 heat inserts into the Belt carriage from the top of the part. Mount the belt inside the carriage and finally mount the carriage to the Nxol carriage.

It needs to use Silencedfrost's modified double shear mount to have an endstop so that the cart doesn't get flung off the rail when homing. Instructions and BOM 

It should fit a standart Xol toolhead with no adjustment but for now that is still uncharted territory. The instructions are at best a draft so feel free to spam me with questions. Huge thanks to Beattune and Silencedfrost for helping me!!
