USB-C Ventilator for 40x40 Mini-Heki in Camper/RV/Motorhome/Van for Camping

A fan that fits into the Dometic Mini-Heki (40x40xm). Inside width: 382mm.

Printing:

Print in ASA or ABS only, for temperature stability.

Required parts:

• 2x Corsair RS140 MAX 140mm (Link)
• 1x PWM Fan Control USB-C (Link)
• 8x M4 Nuts
• 1x M7 Nut (as flat as possible)
• Cable Tie
• USB-C Cable
• Optional if you want a flyscreen: A piece of gossamer and 8x M4x45 screws

Assembly:

1. Decide if you want the air to blow in or out. Remove the rubber caps of the Corsair RS140 on the back side. See pictures.
2. Use the included M4 screws and M4 nuts to attach parts 1,2 and 3 to the fans on the rubbercap side.
3. Remove the cap of the PWM controlerl and stick it through the center hole of part 1. Then fix it with the M7 nut. Reattach the cap.
4. Attach the included PWM Y-Cable to the fans and the PWM controller.
5. Attach an USB-C cable to the PWM controller and thread the cable through the hole.
6. Enjoy

Flyscreen (optional):

1. Print each part of the flyscreen holder two times.
2. cut the gossamer and place it between the top and bottom part.
3. replace the M4-Screws (assembly step 2) by the longer ones and lock the flyscreenholder into position. Repeat for the second fan.

Ein Ventilator, der in das Dometic Mini-Heki (40x40cm) passt. Lichtes Maß 382mm.

Drucken

Drucke alle Teile in ASA oder ABS für Temperaturbeständigkeit.

Benötigte Teile

• 2x Corsair RS140 MAX 140mm (Link)
• 1x PWM Lüftersteuerung USB-C (Link)
• 8x M4 Muttern
• 1x M7 Mutter (so flach wie möglich)
• Kabelbinder
• USB-C Kabel
• Optional, falls Du ein Fliegengitter möchtest: Ein Stück Mückennetz, 8x M4x45 Schrauben

Zusammenbau:

1. Entscheide Dich ob die Luft rein, oder rausgeblasen werden soll. Entferne die Gummis an den Schraubendurchführungen an der Lüfterrückseite (siehe Bilder)
2. Verwende die mitgelieferten M4 Schrauben und die M4 Muttern um die gedruckten Teile 1,2,3 an den Lüftern anzubringen (An der Seite, an der die Gummis noch dran sind)
3. Entferne die Kappe der Lüftersteuerung und stecke die Welle durch das mittlere Loch von Teil 2. Fixiere es mit der M7 Mutter und stecke die Kappe wieder drauf
4. Schliesse das mitgelieferte Y-Kabel an die Lüfter, sowie die Lüftersteuerung an.
5. Schliesse ein USB-C Kabel an die Lüftersteuerung an und fädle das Kabel durch die Führungen, sowie das Loch.
6. Fertig.

Fliegengitter (Optional):

1. Drucke jedes Teil für den Fliegengitterhalter 2x aus (Dateiname enthält “flyscreen”)
2. Schneide ein Stück Fliegennetz zu und platziere es zwischen dem “bottom” und “top” teil des Fliegengitterhalters.
3. Ersetze die kurzen M4 Schrauben mit den M4x45 Schrauben un schraube den Fliegengitterhalter fest.
