Description
A remix of SE3D model.
(14Jun26) New folder organization
(25May26) Added frontSkeletonCanvas, frontSkeletonCanvasNotFanScrews and frontVCanvas. Need 5x3mm magnet. Three preliminary front covers for Canvas compatibility. The second cover doesn't require screws for the 5020 fan. Recomended backNewSkeleton for skeletons type. The third cover is a V magnet version compatible with backV. Are preliminary designs and I haven't tested them with the canvas yet, as I don't have it.
(4March26) Added new frontV5020H2D and V5015H2D Version 2 with redesigned duct angle and asymmetry. Also tested OpenCentauri with 5015 fan with smooth speed control at low percentages possible, another new fan 5015 model tested.
(24Dec25) Added new FrontV5020H2D and V5015H2D for Mod Hotend H2D Bambulab adapter. New design of duct adapted for this mod, fit the shape of silicone sock for improved flow. Also work with original Elegoo Hotend. Tested airflow nozzle area and Overhang. Best with BackV.
Mod H2D:
(10Dec25) Added new Front Skeleton, V and V5015 with redesigned ducts, circular and square. Improved airflow nozzle area and slight weight reduction. Also, new back skeleton and hex. Corrected minor screw hole misalignment and other small changes. V design is ideal for testing, easy to disassemble, lightweight and stiffness.
Duct Fan intake for this remix:
Added without dovetail version V2 and another hexagons perforated
Added Magnet version (round 5x10mm) 8x magnets needs . Other shorter lengths to save weight. Check that the back cover is properly fitted.
Added lightweight Skeleton version with and without magnets (4x round magnets 5x10mm)
Added two new magnet V version (easy print and lighter that no skeleton magnet)
Added new Backcover for V versions 5020fan and 5015fan. Screwed on the sides, more stiffness than just back covers screwing only back (Minor misalignment of rear screws corrected)
Added frontmagnetHex (Hex pattern compatible with backmagnetskeleton)
Added 5015 versions:
Thinking testing without having to disassemble and assemble the original fan model each time
The original 5020 4-pin fan model is not easy to get, at least it has been impossible for me. I have designed front covers series for 5015 4-pin fan. These 5015 fans are replacements for the Bambu X1/P1 and Flashforge Adventurer 5Mpro. Be careful, it is necessary to change connector to ZH1.5 4-pin type and reorder the pins, you would have to crimp or simply extract the pins (use a needle to extract) and insert them into the new ZH1.5 connector, paying attention to the colors (light grey dark grey black and white for bambu fan) SEE PHOTOS. Another option is to pre-crimp cables and solder them to the 5015 fan in the order shown in the photos.
Just changing it for the new fan means a weight reduction about 10g. Caution, different fans can change speed/percentage, some need a minimum >10% to start
Caution! For Fan better use M2x20 with washer, original fan screws easily break the posts.
For 5015 Fan version use M2x16 with washer
56gr in ABS (version1)
63gr for cross Magnet version (ABS)
40gr for Skeleton version (ABS)
Advisable new input shaper calibration after installing one of these mods
Print settings:
0.2 Layer
2 wall
15% infill
Tree Supports (only buildplate) 5-10% T.angle
