Eye-eye captain!  Did you always want to be Leela from Futurama, but you were born with two eyes?  Well, consider that problem solved!  Or, at least, in our case, solved enough to contribute to our 3rd place costume contest win at GenCon.

Mask contains holes to use your choice of string or elastic.  We print in TPU for flexibility.  Additional “bending” can be facilitated by use of a heat gun, if you have one.  (We do, and it worked.)  This was sized to fit my daughter, so you will need to resize if you're not the same size as her.

Original design for mesh can be found at: Mask Perforated Lenses by Sscigg MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models - model used with written permission of author.

----------

Notes for the TPU for AMS averse (others can skip ahead): I don't blame you. The filament is expensive and finicky. And if you don't have an AMS, it's impossible. You can still print this and get reasonably good results. Some other options:

1) Change the print profile for monochromatic printing. (I'd choose white.) Then print in one color of TPU without an AMS. Paint the black sections. Realize, however, that TPU does not stick to paint very well. I'd go with a latex-based paint, and plan to use the eye for a day or so before needing touchups.

2) Change to PLA in the settings, and print in PLA. Use a heat gun to form the mask to your face. Realize that the mask is going to be rigid, and realize that you are going to be putting hot plastic against your skin. Use reasonable caution.

Sorry I can't provide better options. I can't do miracles. :-)
