CNC Pen lift - remixed for v-slot 20 mm gantry plate and metal pen clip

Remix of the classic pen lift to fit on a 20 mm v-slot gantry plate.

Apart from this the tool holder has been made to accomodate a metal pen holder (source - 30 mm hole spacing), which is also adjustable in angle (the top hole is tapered for m3 and the bottom hole is made to have a nut).

The shaft holes are 4 mm and i've included some 4 mm m3 shaft collars as my shafts kept being pushed out (so much for using tent pegs in leau of nails).
