Box for ACMER S1 Laser

Parts are printed on Prusa XL, from PETG, almost 1,8kg of material. 

Bottom piece “positioning insert” was printed from white pla and then sprayed at center square. After that was burned set of squares/grid to get precise scale for placing objects. Positioning insert is inserted on right side and locked on left side by holders and screws. Rest of inserts are for future use-for different trimming parts.

• Glass plate 200x200x3mm
• Axial fan 60mm / 12V
• M3 insert nuts /6mm length/ + screws (just optional)
• Exhaust flexible pipe - diam. 37mm
• 6x M5 screws /16mm/ + nuts

Fan can be powered from laser pcb - on photo. Additional fan at end of exhaust pipe is good idea. Long USB cable for communication may produce laser restarts - try to use good shielded cable.
