AMS SILICA GEL BOX

I designed and printed this silica gel box set for the Bambu Lab AMS.

The central boxes feature a sliding TPU latch, while all other parts are printed in ASA. No glue is required — the joints are tight-fitting and snap securely. Each box has micro-holes to allow air circulation without letting silica gel escape.

The kit includes:

• Central boxes with a round hygrometer (available on Amazon)
• Side boxes
• Bottom boxes
• A rear center box

I used Wisedry silica gel packs (shown in the picture).

The boxes are practical, spacious, and have a clean design. The central and side boxes feature an arch handle for easy removal, while the bottom boxes include a pull tab for quick access.

👉 Tips
1. Remove the filament spools before inserting or removing the central and side boxes.
2. For the bottom silica gel boxes, I recommend attaching the lid by first inserting the back teeth, then pressing down the front and side to snap it securely into place.”





3. For the back box, slide the lid into place and press the top until it clicks to secure it.
