Description
Simple molle stick that takes the inherited design by BigFootPL but with a couple of updates.
If you want the lanyard hole on the opposite side, just mirror the part on the X axis within the slicer.
There are now two variants available: standard and wide gap. I found that with really rigid filaments (PA6-CF20, for example) the standard gap in the original design wouldn't allow the clip to go over the webbing so I created variants that have a 1.5mm wide gap.
If you are using PLA, PETG, or similar, the standard gap will offer you the most clamping force as it will flex open over the webbing.
The original design had high angle overhangs due to the fillet starting on the build plate. I've adjusted the angle coming off the build plate by using a chamfer/fillet combo that doesn't require supports and prints much cleaner. It will work with larger layer heights such as 0.4mm, and probably higher. This also helps with filaments that don't use much cooling such as ABS, ASA, PC, PA, etc.
