Ikea hejne (31 cm) spool rack from broom handle ~25mm (i used 3mm foam tape for snug fit).  Its not structural component on hejne so you need to use shelfs Its not structural component on hejne so you need to use shelfs. Use 3-3.5mm round head screw and spacer for mounting.
