Shotgun Chamber Safety Flags (10ga, 12ga, 16ga, 20ga, 28ga, .410)

These are 3D-printable shotgun chamber flags that fit directly into the chamber and stick a big bright plate out the side so it’s obvious the gun is clear and unloaded.

I’ve included models for:

10 gauge

12 gauge

16 gauge

20 gauge

28 gauge

.410 bore

They’re modeled off SAAMI specs with a little extra tolerance for 3D printing. The rim is beveled for easy seating, and the flat flag is large enough to grab quickly.

These are meant as a visual safety tool only. Always follow normal firearm safety rules and check your chamber before and after inserting the flag.

File name format is {gauge}ga_{uncrimped length}_{bore type), for example 10ga 3.5" smoothbore is 10ga_3p5_smoothbore.

The files are divided into two folders “Recommended” which contains the most common shotshell flag for each gauge and then all other generated files are in “All Others”. All shotshell types outlined in the current SAAMI spec should be featured in one of the two.
