Inline cable barrel adjuster (6mm) for bicycle shift cables

Convert a bicycle rear derailleur barrel-adjuster into an inline barrel-adjuster for 6mm input and output. The 6mm diameter means that it will work with any cable housing with a cap on the end. There is no need to have one for 4mm, one for 4.5mm, and one for 5mm.

This works particularly well with the Microshift rear-derailleur cable barrel adjuster kit shown in the pictures.

Please note that this model requires separate acquisition of a cable adjuster kit such as the one shown with the M5 (5mm) threaded hollow bolt, spring, and outer shell.
