Zwei Ersatzteile für die alten B&O-Plattenspieler:

· zum einen der Deckelhalter (das Klemmelement - alte B&O-Teilenummer 2572020), der im Alter gern mal durchbricht, zum 1:1-Austausch. Das Teil ist minimal verstärkt (die teilweise 1mm-Abfräsung auf der im Bild obenliegenden Seite habe ich weggelassen), paßt aber zumindest beim Beogram 2202 wunderbar.

· zum zweiten eine Verstärkung für die Schraubenlöcher im Boden des Plattenspielers. Gebrochene Teile des Kunststoffs rund um die Schraubenbohrung zusammenkleben, dann die Verstärkung innen mit Sekundenkleber bestreichen und bis zum Anschlag aufschieben.

Two parts for the great old B&O record players:

· the lid "holder" (i.e. the clamping piece; old B&O part no. 2572020) which has a tendency to break with age. Can be replaced 1:1. I designed the part slightly stronger than the original by removing the 1mm height reduction on the (in the picture) upper side. At least for the Beogram 2202, there is plenty of room around it so it does not matter. 

· the second part is used to stabilise the screw holes in the bottom cover of the player. Glue the fractured parts together, then put some super glue onto the inside of the printed part and quickly push it onto the plastic.

Printing Details

Deckelhalter: mit 100% Infill drucken, der quadratische Ausschnitt für die Vierkantmutter zeigt am besten nach unten. Ob man diesen Bereich mit einem Support versehen muß, liegt am Drucker - meiner hat das gut so hinbekommen.

Achtung: bei der Montage die Schrauben nicht festknallen - die dienen zur Justage des Deckels! Zieht man sie bis zum Anschlag an, bricht entweder der Halter oder der Deckel läßt sich nicht mehr drehen und bricht.

Verstärkung: so lange es mechanisch stabil ist, reicht hier jede beliebige Einstellung. Ggf. vor dem Einkleben prüfen, ob man mit der Leiterplatte im Plattenspieler kollidiert.

Beide Teile wurden aus PLA gedruckt.

lid holder: print with 100% infill, square cutout for the nut facing toward the print bed. I did not support the cutout, the printer did well without. You might need to support that part though.

Caution: do not tighten the screws too much! They are made to adjust the lid a little. If they are too tight, either the holder breaks, oder (worse) the lid cannot rotate and will fracture if you try to close it.

stablisation: print with whatever mechanically stable" setting you like. Check if you collide with the PCB inside the record player before you mount the part, I used the space my Beogram provided.
