Fiskars Xact Extension/ Verlängerung

For more comfortability i created this snap on extension for Fiskars Xact weeder. 

Printed in PETG with 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 3 perimeters, you may need supports on build plate onlyand infill density 15%.

 IMPORTANT: Fits on Mk3 with infill angle set to 40°. Model is already arranged to 40°.

About 55 gram of filament.

Assembly:

Carefully disassemble the Fiskars Xact handle from the original bar (using spatula, flathead screwdriver or anything that suits. Caution not to break the handle or anything else). 

Insert extension bottom first by sliding/clicking left/right side on to the original bar and then slide the original handle on to top of extension. It should give a click sound. Done. 

Für mehr Komfortabilität habe ich für meinen Fiskars Xact Unkrautausstecher diese einrastende Verlängerung gebaut.

Gedruckt in PETG, 0.4mm Düse, 0.2mm Schichthöhe, 3 Perimeter, Stützen nur auf der Druckplatte empfehlenswert, 15% Füllung.

Wichtig: Passt auf einen Mk3 mit Füllwinkel bei 40°. Modell ist bereits auf 40° arrangiert.

Ungefähr 55 Gramm Filament.

Zusammenbau: Vorsichtig die schwarze “Stange” vom Handgriff des Fiskars Xact Unkrautausstechers mit einem Schraubenzieher/Spachtel oder ähnliches abhebeln. Aufgepasst, dass nichts abbricht oder anderweitig kaputt geht.

Danach die gedruckte Verlängerung oben an der originalen schwarzen “Stange” links und rechts einrasten lassen, dann den Handgriff auf die gedruckte Verlängerung schieben. Es sollte ein “Klickton”  zu hören sein. Fertig.
