Waterproof Connector Cap

I have been doing some work on some of my john deere equipment, using waterproof connectors (AMP superseal clones) for making junctions when wiring flashers, lights, etc.  One thing missing from the plug kits are caps to protect the female plug when the mating connector is not attached.  The female plugs are generally on the battery side of the circuit and potentially vulnerable to corrosion or shorting if you have water infiltration.

These models provide that protection.   I have done sizes for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 pin plugs.   I would suggest using a material that provides for weather & UV protection.  I used ASA.

Both STL and STEP versions are provided.   I also included Fusion 360 source that was parameterized so that changing the “pin_count” parameter controls the size of the cap created.
