BAFX sensor holder

The BAFX system allows you to take an IR signal from a remote and feed it to another room or remote location.  This will work perfectly for my home theater which has the equipment in a nearby utility room. The sensor that detects the signal from the remote has double sided tape on the back, which allows you to mount it to a wall, not something I want to do in my HT.  Instead, I'd like to mount it to the back of a subwoofer with it facing the seating area.  I also want it to be low profile.  This holder will allow me to use double-sided tape on the front.  Sorry, no final photo, but I show how it would look if attached.  I'm not ready to mount it yet.
