One handed bottle cap opener

This is a more elaborate bottle opener (using the same basic profile from my OpenScad Bottle Openers here) which aims to be used with only one hand.  Tip: Use your thumb to keep the opener in place.

There are two similar designs:

• leverFlat - flat print without supports
• leverRounded - prints with supports but offers more surface area along the rim of the bottle cap
