Description
A compact, robust enclosure for the popular ATU-100 (7×7) tuner board. The front panel supports three momentary buttons, a 0.96″ 128×64 OLED display, a KCD11 rocker power switch, and a DC jack. The rear panel has cutouts for UHF/SO-239 connectors. Prints without supports (optional supports only around the UHF/DC holes). I designed the parts to print face-down so the heatbed texture becomes the exterior finish on the top, front, and bottom.
This is my take on an ATU-100 case focused on a small footprint, easy assembly, and a clean “instrument” look.
Note: ATU-100 boards and builds vary a little. Check your board and connectors before final assembly.

Screws:
Printer: Creality Ender 3 V3 (core xz), 0.4 nozzle.
Material: PETG or ABS/ASA (better heat/UV). PLA works but is less heat-resistant.
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Perimeters (walls): 5 (to provide extra strength around holes. Most walls are ~1.32 mm to yield at least three full line-width perimeters with Creality slicer presets)
Top/Bottom: 2mm solid
Infill: 40 % gyroid or cross hatch (most structural areas are solid regardless of infill).
Supports: Only around the UHF and DC jack holes if needed; most printers won’t require them.
Momentary Push Button Switch holes are sized for 6.7 mm OD;
KCD11 cutout is ~8.65×14 mm (panel standard); if your switch is tight, lightly dress the edges.
Caution:
The OLED window fits common 0.96″ 128×64 I²C modules. Variants exist, so please check yours and do not force it against the front panel—you could crack the display glass.
Do not overtighten the OLED module screws; you may damage the display. The case is designed to leave minimal clearance between the display glass and the front panel, so take care during assembly.
