RGB WS2812B LED Ring Clock

This project was inspired from Steve Manley's work https://goo.gl/pHmpKE.

This is for Chinese WS2812B rings that are equivalent of the Adafruit NeoPixel Digital RGB rings. This rings have slightly different dimension than their Adafruit counterpart. 

For those with smaller plate or slower printer we uploaded half and quarter variant.
