Laundry rack raiser for vacuum robot (minimal, 16mm tpu version)

This is a remixed version of the "Laundry Rack Raiser for Vacuum Robot (Minimal, 16mm TPU Version)." The redesigned raiser is smaller, more stable, and includes notches for securing with cable ties. It fits laundry racks with 16mm tubing, featuring a snap-fit design with no play and a wide footing for enhanced stability. The raiser elevates the rack by 20mm, sufficient to trigger the front bumper of most vacuum robots (compatible with robots having a front bumper height of 15mm or less from the floor).
