GOAT multitool scalpel blade sleeve replacement

I realised the sleeve that holds the scalpel in, went missing when I almost stepped on the blade lying on the floor.  Couldn't find the sleeve that held it on, so designed a replacement.

It's in two parts.  The flat piece fits into the cut-out of the blade holder and stops the blade from leaving, or indeed moving too much.  The surround holds these together.

Takes a minute to print and minimal filament.  PLA should be tough enough; the only stress is on the surround's tight fit, and it's a static load.
