Description
This is a large STL file meant to attach to the OEM (or knockoff) single-seat cowl for the Suzuki GSX-8R or Suzuki GSX-8S. I designed this because I was unhappy with the options on the market and wanted something that fits the design of the bike better.
I designed it to fit perfectly by photoscanning a seat cowl, printing a test version, and then printing a final version.
Note that it's too large for most printers at home, will need to be printed with supports, and you will need to do a lot of sanding (with an orbital sander) to get it to look as good as my photos. I recommend printing in ABS if you can, or PETG (what I did) if you cannot. Unsure if resin is strong enough, but it probably is. In the worst case scenario, you can always commission to get it printed at an industrial print shop. Attach to the seat cowl with epoxy.
This is the cowl I used: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007455835559.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.31.307c1802eqRbDchttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007455835559.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.31.307c1802eqRbDc
I don't really feel like making a thorough tutorial, but here's the list of tools and materials I used if you want to try this out:

Just for fun, I included my original concept art for the original design.
