Corner Clamps

I will use these corner clamps together with lashing straps for making wooden trolleys for the workshop. 

In order for the clamps to withstand the pressure while gluing I used TPU filament with 4 perimeters and 50% infill. That keeps them rigid and they wont break under the prolonged pressure. 

Adding a relief in the corner weakened the clamps a bit so I printed the clamps without the relief. But if you think they are necessary you can still print the clamps with a corner relief. I have included the necessary stl files (or just edit the CornerClamps.scad file (variable crWid) to your liking).

Print parameters:

• Printer: Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro 

• Slicer: Prusaslicer 

• Filament: OVERTURE TPU Filament black 

• Perimeter: 4 

• Infill: 50% 

• Infill pattern: Gyroid 

• Support on build plate only
