Description
Here is another model - I used Rodin AI for the the main body and the textures turned out OK this time so I started with those and then etched in more detail by hand, from there I posed the model into a crouch with hands up. The AI model didn't have the extra bend in the legs so I had to add that. From there I did a lot more touch ups and creases to emphasize detail. He needed a loincloth so I checked out some tutorials but then ended up just doing random stuff and it turned out Ok. Then I added some missing fingers to the hands and touched up the connective tissue and added some random dashes like scars or one off hairs on his arms. Next was nails for the hands and then lots of random little teethies. Lastly was the horns and a bullgoat variant which almost has a Baphomet vibe to it.
Overall this was a fun model but took wayyy too long. I'm really happy with Large creatures that I've been doing lately - it's a lot easier to get the detail that I want without having to fire up the resin printer (although I really want to print this guy and see how it turns out!). I've attached the 3mf file that I'm using for the test print - it seems to be ok.
