I've added an additional file that should require much less post work if you are printing with a hard plastic. v1.3 is probably the one you want to print (looser tolerances) for hard plastics like PLA, PETG, ABS, etc whereas v1.2 is probably what you want to print if you are using a soft plastic like TPU.

Additionally, there is an updated version regarding the actual USB C port used which involves a drop in PCB with the same bezel. Please see the GitHub post by MrHDR: https://github.com/MrHDR/Xbox-360-USB-C-Mod

My original install for v1.2 is below:

I printed with a .1 mm layer height in PETG at 100% infil but this should work fine in any material. This requires filing of the bottom shell of the controller to fit the port and I had to file the print due to the lack luster overhang performance of my printer. I also opted to glue the port to the printed part despite the very tight fit.

This is the usb c port I used: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/DIY-24pin-USB-C-USB-3-1-Type-C-Male-Female-Plug-Socket-Connector-SMT-type/32438313693.html

Make sure you solder both a and b data pads so that the cable is reversible.
