76mm Scotch Tape Adapter for Singh Design's Tape Dispenser Automatic Tape Cutter

After printing Singh Design's Tape Dispenser Automatic Tape Cutter model, I realized the stock roller just wasn’t cutting it for the kind of tape rolls I actually use. The original part is sized for smaller rolls, but my setup demands something beefier—a proper 76 mm (3") core or larger like the classic Scotch-style refills.

So, I went ahead and designed this adapter wheel from scratch, basing it on the dimensions and concept of the original, but reworking it completely to handle larger rolls. It’s a simple drop-in part, printed in regular PLA (no fancy filaments needed), and it does the job just fine.

With this tweak, the dispenser goes from being a cool little gadget to a genuinely practical everyday tool. Just a heads-up: this listing is only for the adapter wheel. You’ll still need to print Singh Design’s original dispenser model (though you can safely skip the wheel if you’re using mine).
