I was trying to tweak my Baratza Encore coffee grinder to make it better for espresso, and I tried the stepless mod for it. This made adjusting the grinder way too difficult and made it fall out of alignment during grinding, but I came across an alternate suggestion by faxer92 on Reddit at https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/comments/gy99te/baratza_encore_mod_from_4080_steps_adjustment_pin/
Since I didn't have a suitable piece of plastic handy or the right tools to fabricate it by hand, and I needed an excuse to finally dial in my clear resin on my SLA printer, I figured, why not?
To install it, follow the directions on this stepless mod tutorial, except instead of simply removing the adjustment pin, replace it with this one: https://snoffeecob.com/baratza-encore-stepless-mod-for-espresso/

Notes:
I printed at a number of different orientations and it seemed to make no difference. That said I went with the one that was angled 45° on both X and Y.
I also tried printing at a bunch of orientations with PETG but each orientation had a different critical flaw which would make it not feasible for actual usage. It might work well with a 0.2mm or smaller nozzle, though, but really, this is a great use of a resin printer.License:
