Material: I suggest TPU 95A, works with PETG but TPU is more durable.

Thread insert and and screws

Holes adapted for thread inserts, M5 for the clamp and handguard, M4 for locking the brake lever bracket in place. M6 for optional the mirror ( https://www.printables.com/model/1414561-apollo-phantom-20-handlebar-mirror-bracket)

Recommended screw length: 

• M5x16 - 20 for the handlebar clamp
• M4x12 (maximum is 16) for the brake lever bracket lock
• M5x14 for handguard attachment on the brake lever
• M5x16 for handguard attachment on handlebar clamp

Notes

The design is on purpose made slim so do not over tighten the screws.

I chosen the configuration with a mirror on one side. Have added parts so you can combine with/without and right/left. 

Updates

2025-09-28: Increased the gap for the bell of the “brake lever bracket lock” part.

2025-10-25: Added a lock to prevent the mirror from rotating on bumpy roads. This locks the mirror bracket in an angel which I found works best for me, and hopefully others :-)
