Alternate wedge for Space Pi spool holder

Due to issues with my filament and printer setup, I was unable to print the threaded spindle with sufficient accuracy or strength. The skateboard bearing was a very tight press-fit into the pulley, so I was able to get away with this approach to the wedge.

Print two of these. I suggest orienting it to have the large circular face down, and use supports for inside the hexagonal hole.

Requirements:

1. The skateboard bearing is a tight fit into the “pulley” part you have printed. This remix relies on a tight press/friction fit to keep everything together. Or a plastic-to-metal glue, perhaps?

Extra parts needed, to give strength to the post. You'll need a set of these for each wedge:

1. M5 Bolt, 14mm (ideal) to 16mm long.
2. M5 Washer, unless your bolt has a unusually wide head.

Assembly:

1. Check your M5 bolt passes through the part. If not, gently drill out with a 5mm or 5.5mm drill.
2. Push a M5 nut into the hexagonal recess.
3. Put the skateboard bearing over the post.
4. Put the washer on the bolt, then secure it all together. You can do it up fairly firmly, and the bearing should still spin freely.

Checks:

1. The bearing spins freely.
2. The bolt doesn't protrude too far on the nut side, otherwise it'll scrape the Space Pi's lid.
