Fahrradlader V4.0 Clip-on Housing

Just bought a Fahrradlader V4.0 for your next Bikepacking trip? Here is a Clip-on Housing so you can attach it to the innerts of your framebag!

I made it so it sits nice and snug on the original housing (directly, without the label). This Clip can be mounted in all directions without blocking access to the charge-optimizing switch, status LED or I/O. If you want to keep the label just print it at about 102% scale. Fitment of course is down to your printers accuracy.

My samples were all made of PLA, i printed it "upside down" as shown on the last picture. Thereby you only need supports for the two cutouts. Prints even on my old Anycubic Mega S in less than 1 hour! Because of the mediocre Layeradhesion of PLA i strongly reccomend printing it in PETG or ABS for a more durable result!
