Sega Saturn ODE Mount Fenrir Phoebe/Rhea

Update October 2022 replaced mid for support of the new Fenrir Duo

This is a custom mount for the Fenrir and Phoebe/Rhea on a Sega Saturn. You will need to source a SD Extension with mounting ears, 4 #4x1.25" or M3x30 screws, and 12 M2x6mm screws.

Alternatively you can purchase a hardware kit from Laserbear.net with the extension and screws. The design can also be purchased assembled from LaserBear.net.

Install is simple assemble the top by installing a SD extension into the hood then insert that into the opening cover. Then uses the extension bottom brace to secure it all in place. Attach the top to the Mid, and then the top is ready.

Install the base to the system, in early M1 systems you will need to print 4 feet and attach them to the base, then remove the 4 stand offs that hold the disk drive and attach the base with the feet to those locations. In later M1 and M2 systems you need to remove the metal brace and remove the screws that attach the stand offs for the drive and install the base into that location. Then install the ODE into the base and the top goes over that with the 4 screws being run into the mount.

All parts print without supports, just lay them so they sit flat on the bed. You may need supports to avoid drooping on the SD hood, but its not strictly needed.
