Description
Replacement underbody plug designed for Volkswagen Golf Mk4.
This part covers chassis openings to protect against dirt, water, and corrosion. Perfect if the original plugs are missing or damaged.
Designed for FDM 3D printing.
Recommended material: TPU (best sealing and vibration resistance).
Alternative materials: PETG (durable, UV/weather resistant) or PLA (test prints only).
Print orientation: flat on the bed.
No supports required.
Available profiles prepared for Ender 3 V3 SE, Prusa i3 MK3S+, Prusa MK4S, and Prusa XL.
Print Settings:
TPU: 220–230 °C nozzle / 40–50 °C bed / 20–30 mm/s / 30–40% infill / 3 perimeters
PETG: 235–250 °C nozzle / 70–80 °C bed / 40–60 mm/s / 30% infill / 3 perimeters
PLA: 200–210 °C nozzle / 50–60 °C bed / 50–70 mm/s / 20–30% infill / 2–3 perimeters
Verify dimensions with your original part before printing.
TPU version ensures easy snap-fit installation and flexibility.
PLA not recommended for permanent outdoor/automotive use.
