Door chime replacement cover

Cover plate to replace an old mechanical door chime. Covers cables and holes. Fits, for example, in recesses in plastered walls. With a height of 1 cm, there is also sufficient space for the cables. 

The covers can be broken out from the back as needed and then reinserted as screw covers after fastening with the screw. Break out the caps with a flat object. The covers are designed for M5 screws.
