Credit card spreader - locking coin stash door - Thinner back

Thinned down the back part without sacrificing room in the coin stash. Mostly achieved by halving the thickness of the wall between the credit cards and the cash storage. The entire back of the wallet is now 0.8mm thinner and the cash storage sits more flush with the body.

Also ever so slightly reduced the tolerances on the rails for the door, so the door fits a little better. When I printed the originals, the door would rattle quite a bit. It is still not super tight

Lastly cleaned up a few minor geometry issues. Probably nothing that would be visible on the printed part, but had to in order to properly modify it.
