Description
Simple sprung spacer for when not using the full card capacity of this wallet: https://www.printables.com/model/796303-pop-up-credit-card-wallet-spreader-with-coincash-s
Helps cards eject out consistently and rattle less when stored away. Simply place at the back of your cards with the tab facing forward.
The spacer is designed to not get ejected along with the credit cards during use. The spacer should only take up the space of one card when fully compressed(it is a bit thicker than a real credit card, but I found that this wallet has quite a lot of tolerance per card). It can probably help fill up the gap of 3-4 cards total, though I have only used it for 2 slots.
Print in PETG for best result, and immediately after the print finishes while it is still on the build plate, bend the spring tab up(as seen on image). Glue in the little tab for maximum long term springiness. If you bend it a lot and glue in the tab at the top slot, the top of the card might bend towards the cards. Stick it down to the back wall with a piece of double-sides tape in that case.
