If you aren't willing to buy 8mm flat back pearls for the sickle, I included a file for them. I personally use 6mm wooden dowels to align my print pieces. If you don't want to buy a bag (6mmx50mm and I cut them down as needed) you can print the alignment pins horizontally for the best strength.
