Creality K1 MAX motor mounts and tensioners upgrade

CONSIDER THIS A WORK IN PROGRESS, BUT THERE WILL BE NO UPDATES FOR THIS MODEL IN THE FUTURE. FITS K1MAX ONLY.
I recommend to upgrade only if you will be able to return back to stock just in case. I destroyed stock XY joints because of the linear rail i'll never gonna use them anyways and had one spare motor assembly and reused stacked pulleys from the stock motor mounts.
After I installed linear rail on the X axis, created by Mils24, it was fixed, but other weak points of the printer became obvious. Stock motor mounts were either warped or screwed in crooked so the belt alignment was very poor creating vibrations, noise and messing up resonance graph on the Y axis, also leaving all kinds of artifacts on prints.
Other important thing about this mod was to keep everything like stock so no rooting or any other changes is needed. Also not to spend any more money on it. So I reused all pulleys, screws, motor shaft bearings. Belt path became slightly shorter so you would need shorter belts. I had mine cut to 1.656m. (measure yourself on printer to get best results)

What other hardware is needed:
4 x m4-20 screws. (can be 22-24)
2 x m4 nuts
4 x m3-18 screws for the tensioners
A few washers m3 and m4.
20 x heat inserts D=4.2 / L=3mm, 4mm, 5mm.
You will need to get two screws that mounts the motors, one for each side. (I had spare motor assembly so that helped a lot).
2 x m3-4 set screws to tension rods on the motor mounts.
16 x m3-5 screw to mount the parts to the frame.

I already have plans to make new parts with new pulleys and linear rails for the Y axis, this is why this mod will not receive any updates, but for now this works much better than stock and doesn't cost too much. If anyone decides to assemble this and needs instructions I will try and make one just comment about it. I tried to design it so the assembly process is pretty much straight forward. Also some design choices could be made different, but when I had to adapt my design to existing motor pulleys and XY joints, that made things a lot harder than to make it from scratch.

3D printing settings

I printed this in ASA, but will reprint in ABS CF in the future for testing. Anything less than regular ABS or ASA is not recommended.
0,2 layer height.
6 walls.
12 tops n bottoms.
80% infill.
Auto tree supports on build plate only.
