Ladder Foot 50x20 TPU/ Leiterfuss 50x20 TPU

Motivation

The original ladder foot broke when I used the ladder on a cold day and pushed the ladder forward with my foot.
The replacement parts on A****n did not look any better to me and I did not want to replace the broken foot by trial and error.
This gave the impulse to design my own spare part.

Solution

I designed a replacement part for 3D-print with TPU 95A based on the dimensions of the original ladder foot.
Wall thickness was increased to 2mm compared to the original part (1.2mm).
The wall thickness for the support ribs in the lower part have 2.5mm wall thickness.
Compared to the original part, an additional support rib was introduced.

Print 

Sliced with 5 perimeters to get massive and stable walls, infilll 50% Gyroid.
Printed with SUNLU TPU 95A black.
Printed with brim and no supports.

Usage

Always print with flexible material (e.g. TPU 95A) to make sure the ladder foot has good friction and does not slip when used.
Use the replacement part at your own risk.
