Fast cel-shade paint recipe

1. Prime: black → zenithal gray → ivory.
2. Panels: block in desaturated base colors; pull hard edge highlights (ivory/near-white) on armor rims.
3. Inks: thin black/brown lines in panel seams and around bolts for comic-ink look.
4. Hazard stripes: mask and spray yellow; hand-paint black diagonals; chip with sponge silver.
5. Neon FX: turquoise or lime for LEDs/barrel glow; gloss the eyes for “collectible pop.”
