Vernier Caliper Measuring Tool

A simple mini vernier caliper, perfect as a small gadget or keychain tool. It can be used for quick, rough measurements up to 12.5 cm.

• Main scale: marked in 1 mm steps, total length 125 mm.
• Vernier scale: 20 divisions (21 lines) over 19 mm → resolution 0.05 mm.
• Reading method: read the whole millimeters from the main scale, then add the fraction from the vernier (each aligned line adds 0.05 mm).

Assembly: After printing, slide the vernier onto the main body and push the lock pin in from the bottom side.
